Your invoices stay yours.

Effective 31 October 2026

InvoiceHarbor is a browser-based document tool. This page explains what happens to data when you use the hosted demo and this website. It is written to be read, not to hide anything.

The short version: invoice and client data is stored only in your browser. InvoiceHarbor has no account system, no backend for your documents, and no analytics or advertising trackers.

Your invoice data

Documents, client details, business settings and logos are stored in your browser's localStorage. They are not transmitted to InvoiceHarbor or any third party by the app. There is no sync service and no server that can read your documents.

Because the data is local, we cannot recover it for you. Use Backup to export a JSON file, and keep that file somewhere safe. Erase data in Settings removes the app's data from that browser.

Hosting and server logs

This site and the demo are served as static files by a hosting provider. The provider may process standard technical information such as your IP address, user agent, requested URL and timestamp in order to deliver the site, secure it and diagnose failures. We do not use those logs for advertising or profiling.

Cookies and analytics

InvoiceHarbor does not set cookies on this website and does not include analytics, advertising pixels or social media trackers. The app uses browser storage only to keep your documents and settings on your device.

Purchases and payments

Direct purchases are arranged by email and paid by Wise or bank transfer. Wise processes the transfer under its own privacy policy. We receive the payment confirmation and the contact details you provide in order to deliver the source and provide support. If you buy through a marketplace such as CodeCanyon, the marketplace handles the transaction, payment and tax; its privacy policy applies, and we may receive the order or contact details it provides to sellers.

Your choices

Children

InvoiceHarbor is a business tool and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy if the product changes. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. For privacy questions, email khshvmas92@gmail.com.
