Using the demo

The hosted demo is provided free for evaluation. It uses sample data and does not save your changes. You may use it to evaluate the product; do not rely on the demo as a production record-keeping system.

Source license

When you purchase the source through a marketplace, the marketplace's license terms govern your use of the item. A direct personal license costs $24 and covers one end product; a direct agency license costs $149 and covers unlimited client deployments for one agency/legal entity. Both are described in the license files delivered with the source. You may customize and host it for those products. You may not redistribute, resell or sublicense the source as a competing template or script, except as expressly permitted by the license.

The Inter typeface embedded in the app is licensed under the SIL Open Font License 1.1. Its license text is included with the source package.

Direct purchases and delivery

Direct purchases are paid by Wise or bank transfer and delivered by email after payment. Prices are in USD; any taxes applicable to your purchase are your responsibility unless stated otherwise. If the delivered files are defective, contact us within 14 days and we will fix them or refund the purchase. Marketplace purchases follow the marketplace's refund and support rules.

Your data and backups

Document data is stored in your browser. You are responsible for exporting backups and for keeping them safe. We cannot recover data that is deleted from your browser, lost with a device or removed by clearing site data.

No warranty

The demo and source are provided as is and without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement. You are responsible for reviewing invoices, tax rates, totals and legal requirements before sending or relying on a document.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data or business, arising from the use of InvoiceHarbor. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the applicable license.

Intellectual property

InvoiceHarbor, its name, logo and original source are the property of their respective owner. The license grants you the rights described above; it does not transfer ownership. Third-party components retain their own licenses.

Marketplace purchases

Purchases made through CodeCanyon or another marketplace are also subject to that marketplace's terms, refund policy and support rules. If those terms conflict with this page, the marketplace terms apply to the extent of the conflict.
