Open the file in Excel, Google Sheets, Numbers or LibreOffice. Save a copy as XLSX if you want to keep formatting.

Replace the sample rows
Change the invoice number, dates, client details and line items. Keep one row per line item.

Add live formulas
Amount: =G2*H2. Tax: =SUM(I2:I20)*J2. Total: =SUM(I2:I20)+SUM(I2:I20)*J2.

Save as XLSX, or print to PDF from Excel/Sheets. Add your logo and business header first.

Are these Excel invoice templates free?
Yes. Download and use any CSV template for your own invoices at no cost. The full InvoiceHarbor app is a separate one-time paid download.
Do CSV files work in Excel and Google Sheets?
Yes. CSV files open in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Apple Numbers and LibreOffice. You can save the file as XLSX or add formulas after opening it.
Do the CSV files include formulas?
The CSV includes a pre-calculated Amount column. To make it live, add formulas such as =G2*H2 for Amount and =SUM(I2:I20)*J2 for tax after opening the file.
Can I add my logo and business details?
Yes. Add your business header and logo in Excel, or use the full InvoiceHarbor app, which lets you upload a logo and set your business, currency and tax details.
